What is a self‑service piano room?

A self‑service piano room allows students to rent the space for practice without an instructor present. Our facilities are fully equipped and suitable for practice, recording, and exam preparation.

What are the fees for the self‑service piano room?

Fees are charged by session. Overtime will be billed at HKD 20 per five minutes. Payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, FPS, and PayMe.

Who is the self‑service piano room suitable for?

It is ideal for students preparing exam recordings, learners who need extra practice time, and beginners who do not yet own a piano. It is also available for rent by non-students.

What equipment is available in the self‑service piano room?

The room is equipped with a grand piano, music stand, phone holder, and child pedal. It accommodates up to three people and features acoustic treatment and soundproofing to ensure quality and quiet practice.

Will staff be present?

Our piano room operates on a self‑service basis, so no staff are on duty inside.

Will the piano room close during severe weather?

The piano room will remain open during severe weather conditions. However, guests should carefully consider safety before deciding to travel. In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, guests may contact the staff to reschedule their booking.

How can I book the self‑service piano room?

Reservations can be made through our online system with payment completed in advance. Once confirmed, the door access code will be sent 10 minutes before the scheduled session.

Can bookings be cancelled or rescheduled?

Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance, and we will assist with rearrangements. All confirmed bookings are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Is the piano room only for piano practice?

The piano room is primarily designed for piano practice, but it can also be rented for teaching purposes. Students are welcome to use the room for recording or filming performances, such as for school music festivals or instrument examinations. In addition, the room is suitable for playing other instruments, including strings, woodwinds, and brass, providing a flexible space for diverse musical needs.

Can I clean the piano and use the equipment myself?

The piano room provides special disinfectant wipes for cleaning the piano keys, which students may use. Our staff also regularly clean and polish the piano body. Please do not use sprays or other disinfectant products on the piano, as this may cause damage. Any violations may result in a fine.

What should I do if the piano or equipment is damaged?

If the piano or other facilities are accidentally damaged, please notify the staff immediately to avoid disruption to the room's operation. The staff will inspect the damage and discuss appropriate compensation arrangements with you.

What should I do if I arrive and the previous user is still inside?

If you arrive and find the previous guest still using the room, please politely knock to remind them. If the guest claims to have booked the same time slot, contact the staff immediately for assistance.
